It is the selling process that I thrive on…..teaching buyers and sellers everything, the past 22 years has taught me, about how to successfully navigate their way from the first meeting with a realtor to the closing table. The process has dramatically changed over the years and that is why it is so important for any buyer/seller to interview realtors and work with the person they find to have the most experience and knowledge of the system and the personality that is best suited to their personal needs.

All realtors are not the same and it should not be a task taken lightly as the purchase or sale of a property is definitely one of the largest investments most people make in their lifetime. My goal is first and foremost to have the buyer/seller successfully complete the process with much more knowledge than they had at the beginning and with the feeling that it was a positive experience and one they will enjoy having again in the future.

I have worked for the same broker my whole career as I feel it is so important to maintain stability in a field that has so much instability and movement and also because, of course, I believe that I work for the very best, most progressive broker in Dutchess County, Houlihan Lawrence.

My spare time is solely devoted to my Millbrook rescue farm for abandoned donkeys and mules, Caring Keeper Farm. Aside from our donkeys and mules the farm is also home to 6 fabulous, rescued dogs of all sizes and shapes.
